Concept development for a boutique owner operated hotel

Market study and concept development for a centenary boutique hotel in Paris.

To develop a coherent value proposition for a 100 room family owned and operated hotel in Paris as part of its multi-million Euro make-over and renovation plan.

The new visual identity of the hotel was developed in parternship with WIP Design, a Paris based, design agency.

From the first planning session to the location of F&B outlets the renovation was driven by Bridge.Over Group with the focus to bring the hotel’s offering in line with industry standards while addressing its unique location advantage. Bridge.Over Group laid the blueprint for the product renovation, which has been the most ambitious decor and amenities upgrade since the hotel opened its doors in 1911. Throughout the conceptualisation process, Bridge.Over Group partnered with leading hospitality brands specialising in design, architecture and interiors to conceive the vision for the hotel which combines modern design, comfort, and convenience with revenue optimisation opportunities whilst optimising space.

The truly Parisian bathroom features artist studio lamp bulbs and wall tiles inspired by the city metro.

The Bridge.Over Group hotel concept has been unanimously voted in and accepted by the Board and is currently in advanced stages of planning and active construction. The re-opening of the property is scheduled in Q2 2015.
